Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-14 business days.
- High order volumes may cause slight delays. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
- Expect additional transit days for delivery.
General Information
- Orders depend on product availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
- We strive to fulfill orders within 14 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
- We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
- Delivery dates may vary due to shipping practices, location, delivery method, and items ordered.
- Products may arrive in separate shipments.
- You can provide special delivery instructions at checkout.
- Online payments do not have additional delivery charges for Order value above ₹600. COD orders are charged extra.
Damaged Products
- Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- We will take action if the damage is reported within 48 hours. We cannot accept complaints after this period.
