At colorlay.in, we take great care in packing your order. Our team thoroughly inspects and dispatches your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@colorlay.in. Our support team will resolve the issue with a replacement or Refund with in 5-6 business working days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Clearly mention the items you wish to return. If you are partially returning an order, hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent. Ensure the item is packed properly; if there is any damage during transit due to poor packaging, our team will assess the situation before providing the Refund with in 6 working days or replacement.
For the first return, there will be no additional charge for reverse pickup of the shipment (for a total return value up to ₹3000). For products above ₹3000, the return charge will be provided by our agent upon return request. We will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep, and once picked up, we will issue a store credit for the value of items returned so that you can shop for anything else on our website. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. In case of any past order that was canceled or rejected on delivery, we reserve the right to deny a free return.
If there have been any previous cancellations or returns, a nominal fee for reverse pickup will be charged. The fee structure is as follows:
We require the returned items to have their original packaging. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please pack the shipment properly before handing it over to the courier agent.
Please note that customized orders are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If you feel your parcel has been tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Reach out to Smileful.in support as soon as possible. If you have accepted the shipment and suspect any damage or tampering, take a video before opening the box.
If you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have not received the parcel, please reach out to sales@colorlay.in. Our team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Smileful.in uses external shipping partners and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share an approximate number of days required for delivery and extend the best support possible to ensure timely delivery. For time-sensitive orders, please reach out to our customer team for more information.
Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Smileful.in reserves the right to deny future orders on our platform. In case of prepaid orders, Smileful.in reserves the right to charge two-way shipping costs. For paid order cancellations, refunds will be processed in the form of store credits.
For bulk orders, we do not accept Cash On Delivery. All bulk orders are non-returnable since we provide special discounts. In case of damaged products received, please unbox the shipment before opening any parcel and inform us within 4-6 hours of delivery. All damages will be replaced with fresh units; no refund is applicable on bulk orders. For bulk orders, we might charge forward costs but do not commit to delivery dates. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days, but if shipment weight exceeds 10Kgs, there might be a delay of up to 10-15 days from the courier's end.

Return requests must be approved before processing. Smileful.in support team must receive and approve your return request by email, text, or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, it may take 48 hours for the team to respond with approval or further instructions.
For our artisanal and hand-made products, such as ceramics, vegan items, wooden crafts, macramé, etc., there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural variations are not considered defects. We urge our customers to appreciate the uniqueness of each handmade piece.
In case of unresolved disputes despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
