ORDERS & DELIVERY

  • How will I know that my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email and SMS on order confirmation. If you don't receive them, please contact us at sales@colorlay.in

  • When will you ship my order?

We normally ship all orders within 3-14 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. For further details, please check our Shipping & Delivery policy.

  • When will my order get delivered?

Transit and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. We'll send you a link to track your order's status.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping on all online payment orders. However, COD orders are charged extra.

  • How can I track my order?

An email with the tracking number and service provider details will be sent to you after your order is shipped. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us immediately.

  • What happens if there has been a delivery mishap with my order?

Send us an email at sales@colorlay.in, and we will address the issue right away.

  1. For damaged products, we'll require photo proof of the affected items and order details. If valid, we will resend the products at no cost, subject to availability.
  2. For lost packages, we will contact our delivery partner. If confirmed lost, we'll resend the order at no cost, subject to availability.
  • How do I place bulk orders?

For bulk orders, please contact us at sales@colorlay.in. We offer customization options as well.

  • Can I order without an invoice if it's a gift?

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to government regulations.

RETURNS & REFUND

  • What is your return policy?

You can return certain products within 2 days of delivery. The returned product should be in its original packaging and unused. Please contact us at sales@colorlay.in for return requests.

  • I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or contact us at sales@colorlay.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  • How do I cancel an order?

Before your order is shipped, you can send a cancellation request to sales@colorlay.in. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

  • What items can I replace?

You can replace items that are damaged or defective. Please inform us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement.

  • Do you arrange for reverse pick-ups?

Smileful.in currently does not offer a reverse pick-up facility. We request customers to self-ship the product to us. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the return or exchange process. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacements will be shipped after the original item has been received in our warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) are unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.
  • The packaging is intact.
  • They are returned within 7 days from the dispatch date.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can exchange your item within 7 days for a replacement of the same product or another product of the same value. If the replacement product exceeds the original value, the difference must be paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products. Please note that shipping charges, where applicable, will not be refunded.
